It is the intent of the Trustees to present annual scholarship awards to highly qualified students of Native American descent. Students should be prepared to fully describe and substantiate their Native American heritage.

Preference will be given to those of Leni Lenape decent, residents of New Jersey and those interested in Finance, Business and Education careers. Despite these preferential criteria, all persons of Native American descent are encouraged to apply. Consideration will also be given to relative percentages of demonstrated Native American blood.

Among other items of application information to be submitted, it is expected that applicants will submit a discussion touching on their involvement and activities within their communities along with a description of their intent to utilize their education to advance their community.

While a specific dollar value award is our goal, the number of yearly scholarships granted, their value and renew-ability are dependent upon the fund meeting specific investment objectives annually.

We encourage your application and look forward to working with you to further your educational goals.
